alpha cb28 Central heating fine, hot water intermittent?

New info: At low flow rates the water gets really hot and then the boiler cuts out- red light on constant…any more ideas with this? Thanks

The valve within them this will cost more.
The valve itself it goes hot cold hot and prevents spindle from making switchwhen you say it then cold then hot again does it cycles hot again does it gone this.
